Linda Christmas has more than 25 years of clinical research experience having worked within the human psychopharmacology research unit at the University of Reading immediately after graduating and then for 10 years at a leading, niche provider of psychometric testing within the clinical trials industry. During that time, Christmas held a variety of posts involved within training, quality assurance and management.

Christmas joined Chiltern in 1997 in a quality assurance role, which she held for a year before moving into clinical development. She set up the company’s staffing division, Global Resourcing Solutions, in 1998 and her responsibilities included the strategic development and global management of resourcing solutions and functional service provider relationships. In 2014, Christmas became fully dedicated to the human resources role including training and development. Christmas earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Reading and is based in Slough, UK.
